I have had consistently great service with different technicians. Everyone has been professional and prompt. The last two times I had an issue with my a/c (not installed by Colkitt), I had a technician here within 2 hours one time and within 25 minutes the next time. Jerome, Charlton and most recently Steven have been fantastic. Steven ran extensive diagnostics of the system, corrected the problem (different issue than when Jerome came out) and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this company. Two years ago I decided to replace my aging A/C with a newer more efficient unit. Colkitt provided the equipment and service I wanted in a timely professional manor. I can now say the power savings for my new unit will pay for itself in just 4 years! Amazing! My only regret is I didn't do it sooner.
