We called late at night after we found a leak coming from our new AC. A technician was sent free of charge. Steven Adcock found the obstruction outside right away and fixed the shut off valve. In addition, Brandy is always pleasant and helpful in scheduling and answering any questions I may have about service or maintenance. Colkitt has provided very professional service and we have always been grateful.

I have had consistently great service with different technicians. Everyone has been professional and prompt. The last two times I had an issue with my a/c (not installed by Colkitt), I had a technician here within 2 hours one time and within 25 minutes the next time. Jerome, Charlton and most recently Steven have been fantastic. Steven ran extensive diagnostics of the system, corrected the problem (different issue than when Jerome came out) and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this company. They are fantastic!

Two years ago I decided to replace my aging A/C with a newer more efficient unit. Colkitt provided the equipment and service I wanted in a timely professional manor. I can now say the power savings for my new unit will pay for itself in just 4 years! Amazing! My only regret is I didn't do it sooner.

UPDATE: Recently I had a need for a service call and a technician came out in 24 hours; my issue was resolved. It can't get any better.

UPDATE #2 : Once again I needed a service call and the technician came out - solved my problem in less than a hour. Very polite service tech.

We own Artistic First Florist in Vero beach and have a commercial contract for service with Colkitt, they have always been great. A year ago we had a problem in our home and they came right out and had us running in 3 hours! Last night, Sunday at 3am I discovered in the middle of a hot flash that our air was out!! My husband called the office at 7am, the tech was out by 8:30 and our air was running cold by 9am! I cannot thank Colkitt enough, your service and prices are so fair, no emergency call charge! You are the very best!

"Very Professional"

We bought a new AC unit from them last year. It has been nothing but awesome since....we had a small problem and they came and fixed it right away with no charge because the service comes with the unit. Very professional, very affordable, and since we live in Florida and AC is gold here, it's nice to know you have a place you can rely on and they come in a timely fashion and take very good care of you.
